So they think we’re impressed
It’s just another drawing
It’s just another painting
It’s just another sculpture
So let’s rub our chins
So we look contemplative
It’s just another friend

It’s just another sibling
So let’s stand by them
So they feel important
It’s just another grin
It’s just another hug
It’s just another chuckle
So let’s laugh and smile along
So they think we’re happy
It’s just another lecture
It’s just another class
It’s just another fact
So let’s draw on our papers
Look like we’re taking notes

It’s just another chapter

So let’s slowly turn the pages
Seem like we’re reading
It’s just another computer
It’s just another TV
It’s just another radio
So let’s read the manual
So it looks like we don’t understand
